With only eight weeks remaining before round one of the British championship at Brands Hatch, our pre-season testing will get underway on the 23rd,24th & 25th of February at Albacete, Spain. On our return Tim will race at Mallory Park, Croft & Knockhill.

Before then, on the 17th of February, we will be attending the Melville Motor Club awards evening, where Tim will collect his 2006 F125 Open Championship winning trophy as well as awards for runner up in the F125 Club Championship and for good performance throughout the 2006 season.

In what was an exceptional final round of the Melville Motor Clubs' championship season, Tim wrapped up the F125 title, set pole position, took four wins from four starts and beat the 2005 F125 lap record.

With the new season only a few weeks away, we are delighted to announce that TeamTwister will be working with racing photographer Clifton Mair and his partner Sonia Welch throughout 2007.

Clifton will be present at every BSB round and we are honoured that he will be providing all of the official photographs for Tim's website and publicity materials. In what will be Clifton's first full year in the BSB series, he has already been selected to work with one of the official BSB photographers for the 2007 season - and while he is well known to many within the racing community, his dramatic and imaginative pictures also appeal to those with no knowledge of the sport. A background in landscape and nature photography and a long biking history (both on and off track) have combined to produce a unique photographic style which perfectly captures racers and their surroundings. Recent pictures - including many from the 2006 BSB series - can be found on the BSB official forum.

As a practicing yoga therapist, Sonia will be looking after Tim's fitness and wellbeing during his debut season in the 125 Championship. Working closely with TeamTwister she will design a full programme covering exercise, diet and relaxation to ensure that Tim will be in the best possible shape for the rigors of the 13 round series.

Sonia is keen to apply her techniques to bike racing and sees real benefits in working with Tim. She told TeamTwister, "Yoga therapy incorporates exercises which extend the muscles, increase core muscle strength and increase lung capacity therefore reducing the occurrence of injuries and fuelling the muscles to work harder. It also works on training the mind to maintain complete concentration and focus whilst the body is pushed to its limits."

Clifton added, "Both Sonia and I are looking forward to working with TeamTwister in the coming year - both his and our first full year of involvement with BSB and the associated classes."
